I think to be beaten up would be worse because you could get seriously hurt. If you just got embarrassed in front of your friends, well it wouldn't be that embarrassing because there your friends.
i think beaten up because that hurts and is on you for the rest of your life. being ashamed from your friends starts to go away because they pick on someone else.
i would say to be asshamed in front of my friends instead because your friends will forget all about it and move on.Anyway friends are there when something bad happens.
Getting beat up is worse because hit hurts you physically and also mentally cause it brings you down but being embarrassed just hurts you mentally and it doesn't last
